You have to keep up with your competitors with you want to stay on top. Just because you have the lead doesn’t mean you’re about to get passed. MySpace basked in it’s lead until it realized it had been passed by Facebook. Now scrambling to keep up, it has cut it’s top management in order to force an about face. Lesson: your competitors are always chasing you - don’t fall asleep and let your website and online marketing become dated.
